Speaking to media persons on Monday at Udupi Press club, Bajarang Dal leader Sharan Pumpwell termed the entire episode was unfortunate.
He said authorities should take action against the ANF personnel who gunned down Kabeer. He said, “The personnel have lost their confidence and sense of judgment which indirectly help Naxals.”
Mangalore North MLA Mohiuddeen Bava should resign for failing to tackle problems such as smuggling, illegal cattle trade and cow slaughter which are rampant in the region, he said.
Government should implement strict laws for the protection of cows and illegal trading must be stopped, he urged.
