
The complaint was filed by Durgadas Kamat, organising secretary and spokesperson of the Goa Pradesh Congress Committee, and three others on Thursday.
They also attached the links to videos where Mr. Muthalik urged all Hindus to arm themselves with swords.
He also suggested that weapons could be kept in the house under the garb of religious articles.
The complaint said that his statements also incited Hindus to use sword against those who questioned the purpose and demanded that the police must register an FIR.
The complaint also noted how in his speech Mr. Muthalik clearly made a reference to the 2014 elections ahead, which showed that the meeting was part of their campaign for the 2014 general elections, said Mr. Kamat 's complaint to police.
