Qatar, Apr 10:For a lively hood a Nepal national working as a labor in Qatar who was denied accident insurance claims by his employer. Qatar India Fraternity Forum helped him and succeeded to get back the his accident insurance claims by fighting a legal action from 3 years.
Nepal national Mr. Nandalal Kime 35 years of age came to Qatar for his family maintenance, working as a labor in Seven Group Cleaning Co. Around Three years back while he was traveling in Company vehicle met with an accident and he got injured. As per medical report Mr. NadalalKime lost 25% of physical fitness. Instead of provided him to get his insurance claim his Co. tried to deport him to his country.
When a QIFF office bearer Mr. Abdul Latheef Madikeriobserved his poor condition and enquired about it then he revealed his story. By consulting QIFF office bearers, Organization took up this case and prepared a blue map. Made complaint with police department, human rights organization and in court of law and prepared proper documents.
Continuous fight for three years Court of Law gave a judgment in favor of Mr. NandalalKimeand ordered Company to pay QRS: 50,000/= . Few days back Mr. NandalalKime got his compensation cheque and he thanked the QIFF Organization as he is uneducated and don’t know more about the labor law of Qatar, QIFF Organization helped him to get his right.
As a response to the incident Office bearer of QIFF Mr. Abdul Latheef Madikeri told that thousands of people working in Qatar who are unable to fight to get their rights for such people QIFF Organization is always ready to provide legal help to get their rights.
