The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee is not going to hold any event to mark the completion of one year, according to its president G Parameshwara.
When contacted by this newspaper, Parameshwara said, “The task for us is to fulfil the promises we made to the people when we came to power. We have to work towards that. I am not aware what the government is planning.”

Soon after this, the party election manifesto committee headed by A?K?Antony will hold its meeting to review the progress made by the party in implementing the announcements it had made during the Assembly elections in the State.
The Delhi leaders are expected to be in Bangalore on May 13, Parameshwara said.
The co-ordination committee has been set up to function as a link between the party and the government.
It has held three meetings so far.
