Mangaluru, Mar 3: The Bearys Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) will be conducting a seminar on Goods and Services Tax (GST) on March 7, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at IMA Hall, near Noor Mosque, Hampankatta, Mangaluru.

Merging of several Central and State taxes into a single tax would mitigate cascading or double taxation, facilitating a common national market. The simplicity of the tax should lead to easier administration and enforcement.
