Even yesterdays cleaners are becoming todays drivers.... Traffic dept should subject the heavy duty drivers to rigorous tests......
We cannot blame anyone. The government should make a system that Heavy vehicles like Truck, Buses, Vans, Pickup all should be in a separate street . Only the cars, scooters, autorikshaw and motor bikes in other roads should be travelled, then only accident percentage will be decreases and safety. Only Ambulance can go in any street . And if we blame government or any one it is not positive behavior.
Safety taken for Granted. Selective Intolerance of we Indians. Value of Human life does not matter to the Politicians. Lazy Bureaucrats only concerned about their Pocket Money. Is it really possible to change India???
