Speaking to media persons here on Saturday Mr Poojary, who has several times criticized the CM for various reasons in the past, took umbrage to reported views of Mr Ibrahim that the Congress government in the state headed by Siddaramaiah has not lived up to people's expectations.

The former union minister said that after openly criticizing Siddaramiah-led government and praising JD(S) leader H D Deve Gowda, Mr Ibrahim has no moral right to continue in the post of deputy chairman of Karnataka Planning Board.

“He should step down otherwise CM should sack him,” Mr Poojary said accusing Mr Ibrahim of being a part of a major conspiracy hatched by Mr Gowda against Congress government.

I always criticize Mr. Poojary for his press meet. However this time I feel he is right, This CM Ibrahim is \Samaya Saadaka\" and most corrupt politician. His asset is only his tongue. We will not be surprised if he joins RSS tomorrow. He should be sacked from his post. I agree with Mr Poojary."
