Mangaluru: Kidnap attempt of school boy near Konaje sparks tension

Mangaluru, Nov 19: Four days after a madrasa going boy suffered a bruise when he was reportedly attacked by two miscreants, another Muslim student suffered a similar injury here on Friday.

According to Ullal police, 12-year-old Mohammed Asad of Netaji Primary School in Deralakatte was walking to his house in Natekal from his school on Friday evening.

Near Kinya Gram Panchayat, a few persons came in a van and tried to drag the Class 6 student into their vehicle.

When they saw a motorcycle coming towards them, they left the boy after scratching his left hand with a blade.

It is suspected that the miscreants' intention was to kidnap the boy. A case has been registered at jurisdictional Konaje police station and investigations are on.

Yes we all aware rss will go to any extent to spoil our great nation's culture. Now the state govt must take strict action immediately on rss and their backing leader prior situation goes worst.
