I-T officials said all the rooms of the hotel were searched, but the materials were found in only one room. Taxmen also conducted raids on rooms of another star hotel here where, they said, Karnataka chief minister HD Kumaraswamy was staying. HDK was campaigning for the Congress candidate from the Kundgol assembly seat when the raids were conducted. Sources said nothing noteworthy was found. I-T sleuths extended their searches to rooms where coalition ministers stayed but found only a few 'pieces of paper'.
