Kasargod, Dec 6: A 42-year-old woman from Kerala who reportedly escaped from a human trafficking racket in Gulf has finally returned home safely.

On reaching Dubai, she was received by a Palakkad native woman, who later sent her to work with an Arab.
When she raised objection, the racketeers, involving the woman, sold her to another recruiting agency run by an Egypt national at Al-Ain.
When contacted by her family members, the recruitment agency offered to send her back on paying Rs.1.5 lakh.
Following this, the family members from Alappuzha mobilised the amount and transferred it to the agent's bank account at Al Ain.

These practices are going on since decades, but the victims mostly male. Most of the small companies will recruit as helper, labor, Technicians etc in gulf countries. Ultimately after the sponsor make them work as house driver, Agriculturist or shepherd.
When woman victimizes the whole world will cry at the same time there are grave situation in many part of India with such kind of incident, but nothing comes out.
