Bangalore, Jun 2: Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan, who is in cloud nine as his Indian Premier League (IPL) team Kolkata Knight Riders has won the title for the second time, once again recalled his childhood life in the port city of Mangalore.

In reply to a question regarding criticism surrounding the celebration in Kolkata after his team entered the finals, Shah Rukh says, "I have heard a gentleman saying on TV as why there is so much celebration in Kolkata, as only five players from the team are from the city. I want to ask him if he celebrates team India's win even if there is no Bengali player in the team? Does he watch my film?"
"I come from Delhi. I was born and brought up half in Mangalore. My mother is from Hyderabad and my dad is from Peshwar. I live in Mumbai and my team is from Kolkata. How dare someone can raise such questions?"
The Bollywood star had revealed about his Mangalore connection during the release of his movie Chennai Express last year.
