Principal District and Sessions Judge K.S. Bilagi on Friday sentenced Rakesh to four years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs. 30,000.

Of the fine amount, the judge said, Rs. 25,000 should be paid to Alvaris' mother.
