
A student, who was seriously injured in a lorry-motorbike collision that occurred near Haleangadi about ten days ago, failed to respond to medical treatment and died at a hospital in Mangaluru.
The motorbike rider Ashlesh Augustine (23), was a final year student pursuing civil engineering at a private engineering college in Mukka.
Ibrahim (52), who had sustained serious injuries in a express bus-tanker-scooter collision on the national highway near NITK, Suratkal on August 7, also died in a hospital.
Resident of Chokkabettu, Ibrahim was admitted to a private hospital in Mangaluru where his condition grew worse over the past couple of days and he breathed his last. He was riding a scooter when the tragedy took place.
