Belagavi, Dec 13: Opposition BJP today demanded the Karnataka government to table Anwar Manappadi report on alleged misuse of Wakf properties to the tune of hundreds of crores of rupees in the House.

Mr Manappadi had submitted the report during the fag end of BJP rule in which he had stated that land belonging to Wakf Board to the tune of hundreds of crores had been grabed by politicians mainly belonging to Congress party and recommended criminal action against them.
Raising the issue Leader of the opposition in the Legislative Council Kota Srinivasa Poojari said the High Court had ordered that the government should place the report before the legislature but the government had gone against the court directions.
He also demanded a discussion on the matter in the House.
However Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said the report was not yet tabled as there were some court cases on the report.
