Mangalore, May 30: International Federation of Karnataka Christian Associations (IFKCA) State Convenor Denis D'Silva said that those responsible for the death of lineman Gerald Veigas who was electrocuted on pole on May 13 in Vamanjoor should be punished.

Addressing a press meet here on Tuesday he said that this act of negligence was equal to murder.
