Addressing the students, M V Nair, Chairman of Credit Information Bureau India Limited, laid emphasis on the importance of the role of youth in nation building.
“You should convert the challenges into opportunities,” he said.
He said, when India was marching towards becoming a super power nation, youth have highest responsibilities to contribute to the speedy growth and progress of the nation.
“Rapes, corruption and harassment cases are increasing in India. Youth can make changes in the society and bring a better future for nation,” he added.
Speaking on the occasion, Anantha Krishna, Chairman of Karnataka Bank, pointed out a moment of patience in a moment of anger can save thousands of moment of sorrows.
“Dream and make those dreams come true. Patience and hard work are the key to success,” he told the young audience.
Vishal Nayak, Coordinator of Department of Communication, and Media studies, Laxmi Shenoy, Bhavya Shetty, lecturers, were present on the occasion.
