
Bengaluru, Jan 25: Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Monday greeted two children selected from the state for Prime Minister National Bal Puraskar award- 2021.
In a tweet, he said this year's PM Bal Puraskar award in the invention category was won by 15 year-old K Rakesh Krishna of Dakshina Kannada District and 10 year-old Veer Kasyap from Bengaluru.
He said that the achievement of these two children are laudable and modal to other children in the country.
Veera Kasyap invented the snake and ladder game to give awareness on the Covid-19 which carries one lakh cash prize and a medal.
This year 32 children were selected for the award from 21 States.
