Moodbidri, December 21: The 72nd All India Inter University Athletic Championship which was organised for the first time in Dakshina Kannada, concluded with a magnificent valedictory ceremony at Swarajya Maidan in Moodbidri on Wednesday evening.
Punjabi University, Patiala have emerged overall champions of the five day event organized by by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore in association with Alva's Education Foundation, Moodbidri.
The Patiala based university also finished overall champions in the men's side, a honour that went to University of Calicut on the distaff side. More details to follow.
