Bengaluru, Oct 2: Karnataka Minister for Textile, Shrimant Patil, tested positive for COVID-19 and is receiving treatment for the disease.
The Minister himself took to Twitter to make the announcement on Friday and appealed those who had come in his contact to get themselves tested and take precautionary measures against the pandemic.
"I have no any symptoms for the COVID-19 but tested positive, and availing treatment as for the doctors advise" he stated.
