Two killed in bus-rickshaw collision near Ullal

Mangalore, April 4: Two persons were killed in a horrific road accident at Kolya, under the limits of Ullal Police Station on Wednesday.

The accident occurred when a speeding private bus rammed into an auto rickshaw around 12:00 pm. The driver and passenger of auto rickshaw died on spot, sources said.

The deceased have been identified as Razzak (35) a bakery owner and Hameed (35), the auto rickshaw driver. Both were residents of K C Nagar, Ullal.

Razzak was moving from Thokkottu to Talapady in Hameed's auto rickshaw when the tragedy occurred.

A case has been registered at Ullal police station.
